FMB Bumar carries out the full cycle of die casting and thus can assume full responsibility for the quality
of all elements of the cycle, including:
  • Designing moulds
  • Preparing prototypes and models
  • Carrying out actual die casting

  • Welding of aluminum in argon shield
  • Painting, including powder painting
  • Analysis and testing
Company carries out three types of aluminum alloy casting:
  • Gravity coquille die casting method - up to the weight of 30 kg
         This method is used to produce parts in middle series. The castings are marked through high strength,
         solidity of material and better quality of surface than with parts cast into sand moulds. The produced parts
         can be further heat treated.
  • Sand casting method - up to 100 kg
         In sand casting, re-usable, permanent patterns are used to make the sand moulds.
  • High pressure die casting
         In this technology, which we use for large runs, the cavity of a steel die is filled with liquid metal under high
         pressure in a special casting machine.
    Die cast finishing
    Bumar does the machining of die casts on its CNC machines and welding of aluminum die casts in argon shield.
    It can also do the painting, including the powder painting of die casts.
