FMB Bumar carries out the full cycle of die casting and thus can assume full responsibility for the quality of all elements of the cycle, including:
This method is used to produce parts in middle series. The castings are marked through high strength, solidity of material and better quality of surface than with parts cast into sand moulds. The produced parts can be further heat treated. In sand casting, re-usable, permanent patterns are used to make the sand moulds. In this technology, which we use for large runs, the cavity of a steel die is filled with liquid metal under high pressure in a special casting machine. Die cast finishing Bumar does the machining of die casts on its CNC machines and welding of aluminum die casts in argon shield.
